With our fully managed service we ensure that your site is kept up to date with the latest technology and features on which your site is built. Along with Domain name renewal, hosting and up to two hours free support a month we pretty much got you covered.
Once our questionnaire has been returned, processed, reviewed and agreed on by both you and us an average lead time of 2 weeks is the goal we set. Although this can vary depending on work load and other factors.
Yes, this applies to .co.uk addresses. We’ll do a search for you and see if the name you’d like is available. If it is not we’ll provide a few suggestions on similar names that are available.
Once the layout for your site has been approved and built we’ll set you up with access so you can edit as you please but if you require a few minor changes we’ll gladly help you out.
Stock images can cost a small fortune but not to worry as we have complied a list of awesome sites offering free images that we’ll pass onto you. If this is something you’d prefer us to undertake a fee of £60 will be added to your bill.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Client for services provided by GOTIPTAP Ltd.
It is not necessary for any Client to have signed an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions for them to apply. If a Client accepts one of our services, package deals or a quotation provided by email it will be assumed that the Terms and Conditions have been read and acknowledged and that the Terms and Conditions have been accepted in full.
GOTIPTAP Ltd. retains the right to reject offers of work and queries.
All cost to the Client provided by GOTIPTAP Ltd. are defined either by the deal/s on https://www.gotiptap.com or via a quotation for a custom build that the Client will receive via email. Any quotation provided via email will be valid for 30 days after being sent. GOTIPTAP Ltd. reserves the right to alter or decline any provided quotation after expiry of thirty (30) days.
Any website design services undertaken by GOTIPTAP Ltd. for the Client will require an advanced payment of fifty (50) percent of the project quotation or deal/s total before the work is shown for client review. The outstanding balance plus any other additional charges will be due at completion of the project and before the website is made live.
We accept due payment for services via credit / debit card or bank transfer. GOTIPTAP Ltd. bank details will be made available on invoices issued.
During the projects design phase and development, the Client will have the opportunity to audit its appearance and content. Upon completion of the project and before it is made live the Client will have a final audit. Unless the Client notifies GOTIPTAP Ltd. within ten (10) days of any changes needed to be made to the project, the project will be assumed to be accepted and approved.
Project Delivery & Content Control
Once a project has been undertaken by GOTIPTAP Ltd. and a start and completion date has been agreed upon, the Client will provide a single primary contact which will aid GOTIPTAP Ltd. in the projects pre-development by providing all relevant content; text, images (unless GOTIPTAP Ltd. has agreed to do this on the Clients behalf at an additional fee), movies or additional assets in a satisfactory and timely manner. The content needs to be provided before the design phase starts as to ensure that project runs on schedule.
GOTIPTAP Ltd. will publish (make live) the website by the date specified in correspondence with the Client upon receiving final payment unless a delay is specifically requested by the Client and agreed by GOTIPTAP Ltd. GOTIPTAP Ltd. may also require a delay due to mitigating circumstances.
As a small business, GOTIPTAP Ltd. must ensure that any project undertaken is carried efficiently and on schedule, this is why all content is required in advance. If progress cannot be made with your project because we have not been given the required content and we are delayed as a result, a surcharge of up to twenty-five (25) percent may be imposed.
If the Client fails to provide us with all required content within one week of the agreed project start date, we reserve the right to close the project and the balance remaining becomes payable immediately.
It is in the best interest of you the Client, that no go ahead on a project is agreed upon until you are ready to do so and have all required information needed for the project’s commencement.
All invoices issued by GOTIPTAP Ltd. are sent electronically and will be issued at two stages once a project has been agreed upon by the Client. The first invoice issued will be the advanced payment required which is fifty (50) percent of the of the projects total. The second invoice will be issued on the project’s completion for the outstanding amount due but before publishing the live website.
Accounts that have not been paid thirty (30) days after the issue date on the invoice will incur a five (5) percent service charge on the total amount due.
Some Client projects will incur additional expenses which will be necessary for the completion of work undertaken. The Client will need to approve any such additional expenses before GOTIPTAP Ltd. makes any purchase on their behalf. Additional expenses could, be for example, the need of premium fonts or stock imagery that are deemed necessary for the completion of the project. GOTIPTAP Ltd will need to be reimbursed for any additional expense that it has incurred on behalf of the Client and the additional expenses will be included in the Clients final invoice.
Although GOTIPTAP Ltd. will make every effort to ensure that the Client website will function as intended on most browsers, GOTIPTAP Ltd. cannot guarantee correct functionality with of different browser software across all operating systems. GOTIPTAP Ltd. cannot accept any responsibility for any website that does not display correctly on new versions of browser software released after a Client website has been completed and handed over to the Client.
If additional work is required after the project’s completion and Client sign off to correct any issues derived from browser issues GOTIPTAP Ltd. reserves the right to quote for any work to resolve said issues.
Accounts that remain unpaid after thirty (30) days on an invoice that has been issued will be considered in default. GOTIPTAP Ltd. reserves the right to remove any information or files of the Clients from GOTIPTAP Ltd.’s web space and will not be held accountable for any loss of information and or data associated with the Clients website removal. The removal of a Clients website does not expunge the Clients obligation of any outstanding payments to GOTIPTAP Ltd.
Termination Of Service and Moving On
A New Client* wishing to terminate services must be requested via email sent to email@example.com and will be effective on receipt of email as long as the request is made before the project has been signed off and the website made live. The Client will be invoiced for any work completed on the project to the date of termination notice and payment in full of costs incurred will be made within thirty (30) days of termination notice.
If a request is made for termination of services within six (6) months a £100 service charge will be incurred to close the account and consolidate the Clients assets. A Client may at any point after six (6) months request to leave GOTIPTAP Ltd. at no additional cost, excluding any outstanding invoices for monthly services provided by GOTIPTAP Ltd. All assets associated with the project will be forwarded on to the Client. GOTIPTAP Ltd. uses 3rd Party Premium Plugins on licence on websites developed which will be suspended on the Clients website after leaving GOTIPTAP Ltd. If the Client redeploys the website on another service the website should still function as before but features will be limited and the Client will need to acquire their own Licence from the 3rd Party Premium Plugin providers. GOTIPTAP Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise on the Client website after the termination of GOTIPTAP Ltd.’s service.
*New Client is someone who has agreed to a project being undertaken by GOTIPTAP Ltd. which has commenced but has not been signed off and the website has not been made live yet.
All Gotiptap Ltd. services may only be used for lawful purposes. You the Client shall indemnify and hold harmless GOTIPTAP Ltd. (and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees) from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable lawyers fees and all related costs and expenses) incurred by GOTIPTAP LTD. as a result of any claim, judgment, or adjudication against GOTIPTAP Ltd. related to or arising from (a) any photographs, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips, text, data or any other information, content, display, or material (whether written, graphic, sound, or otherwise) provided by you the Client to GOTIPTAP Ltd. (the “Client Content”), or (b) a claim that GOTIPTAP Ltd.’s use of the Clients Content infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party.
The Client agrees to allow GOTIPTAP Ltd. to add their site to our portfolio unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon by GOTIPTAP Ltd.
Third Party Server
If a project is undertaken by GOTIPTAP Ltd. on a third party server the Client will grant GOTIPAP Ltd. full read/write access to the service provider.
After Deployment Alterations
Once the website has been made live GOTIPTAP Ltd. will grant you access to the sites backend where you can make alterations to the website if required after publishing. GOTIPTAP Ltd. will not be held responsible for any issues that arise from client alterations and reserve the right to charge for any work needed to be done to rectify any issues arisen by the Client.
GOTIPTAP Ltd will purchase a domain name (.co.uk) on behalf of the client and will renew it as long as the Client retains GOTIPTAP Ltd.’s services. If the Client Terminates their service with GOTIPTAP Ltd. the domain name will be transferred over to the client which will incur a £20 service charge.
These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements. The Client’s payment of an advance fee constitutes agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Payment online is an acceptance of our terms and conditions.
This Agreement shall be governed by English Law.
GOTIPTAP Ltd. hereby excludes itself, its Employees and or Agents from all and any liability from:
The entire liability of GOTIPTAP Ltd. to the Client in respect of any claim whatsoever or breach of this Agreement, whether or not arising out of negligence, shall be limited to the charges paid for the Services under this Agreement in respect of which the breach has arisen.
